Vice Chair Board of Trustees

Mr Beebe brings financial expertise to the Trust, with a good understanding for business finance gained through working as a Corporate Director of a major bank. He has been a Governor at Sir Harry Smith Community College for 12 years and during that time Chaired the Finance Committee, was vice chair and Chair of the Governing Body and has been a member of Sir Harry Smith Academy Trust board, prior to the creation of the Aspire Learning Trust.

Bogdan braneanu

Bogdan Braneanu is an experienced project management professional with over 10 years of delivering complex projects across commercial and defence environments. Currently a Project Manager in the Health Digital Research sector, Bogdan specializes in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and data governance. He has a proven track record of driving efficiency, turning around delayed projects, and implementing data strategies. His diverse background, including work with NATO and the British Army, brings a unique strategic perspective to his governance role, helping to create positive, informed changes for the school community.

Helen Cassady

Helen is an experienced secondary educationalist who has held a range of posts in middle, senior and executive leadership.  Helen has been a headteacher and has successfully led schools in challenging circumstances and who are high performing. One of her specialisms is school improvement and she has supported other headteachers in transforming their schools.  Helen has also worked in Initial Teacher Education / HEI delivering programmes on postgraduate and undergraduate courses.  She is also an experienced trainer, as she has led CPD for primary and secondary staff within Eastern England.  Helen has been a Governor and a Chair of Governors.

Joseph Travers

Joe joins the board of trustees after 16 years as an IT Technician at Whitmore High school in Harrow. Before that Joe was a Telecommunications Engineer for Kodak between 1979 and 2009 and holds a Master Degree in Computing and Telecommunications. Joe is a member of the British Computing Society, also a keen swimmer, Chair of Trustees of the Kingfisher Swimming Club, a registered charity run by volunteers, that provides a weekly session where people with disabilities can exercise and socialise.
In his spare time Joe enjoys reading, computing, astronomy and live performing arts. Having recently retired, Joe is new to the area and looking forward to continuing in a voluntary role working with the Aspire Learning Trust.
