Pupils at Park Lane Primary and Nursery School are enjoying a brand-new outdoor play area, designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and support early development.
To mark the occasion, the school, part of Aspire Learning Trust, welcomed the much-loved Peterborough United mascot, Peter Burrows, who joined staff and excited pupils for a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The new play area was made possible through generous funding provided by Aspire Learning Trust. The trustees enthusiastically supported the vision of our school’s Early Years Leader, Miss Tansley, whose plan was presented to the board. The children love to play with the new equipment, especially the climbing frame and stage area. A huge thank you to POSH, they were incredible and the children loved their time with the mascot, especially the penalty shoot-out!
