Stephen Barclay MP met pupils from Park Lane and New Road Primary and Nursery Schools to launch their Book Swap.
Once a month pupils bring a book to school to swap with a friend. Our aim is for every child to have a new book of their own once a month.
Mr Barclay kindly donated a couple of books of his own to the school and said ‘’ such a good idea to help every child read!’
